Catherine Lawlar began designing jewelry in the late 1980's. Her designs were an immediate hit in Northern California. After discovering the healing properties of wearing magnetics, Catherine Lawlar created a line of designer magnetic jewelry in the late 1990's. Now living on the West Coast of Florida, Catherine Lawlar's designs have been featured on local television and in the Tampa Tribune. Catherine markets her designs primarily through craft shows on the West Coast of Florida, although Internet sales have increasingly been an important source of business. Her designs have been shipped all over the world.
